Have you ever completed something that you previously thought was impossible? I completed an Ironman 70.3 event recently in Waco Texas. Something I would definitely have called “impossible” and it was not even something on my radar at the start of this year...

The biggest cope phrase is “Just wait until _____” …your kids are teenagers …you’re old like me You name it, people got a cope for it. Don’t inhale that secondhand cope. ☢️

The “childcare crisis” is that the culture made stay at home mothers inferior to the career woman. We are seeing the ripple effect in many areas…
The American middle class is irreparably broken. Between student loans, healthcare, housing, taxes, inflation and wage stagnation… The birth rate will continue to plummet. There’s no political solution. The only options are to get rich or live very unusually.

My grandfather (“Opa”) passed away this week. He was 90. Worked on heavy equipment as a mechanic. Dude could do anything. Amazing man. This picture from 30yrs ago captures him pretty well. I’m sure he is hearing “Well done good and faithful servant”
