Definately need more training for @PSNIBelfastN on #MaleDomesticAbuse a neighbour has called. The homeowner said there was no issue and was aggressive to @PSNIBelfastN they clearly saw someone bleeding. They WALKED AWAY . #shameonyou @MensAdvisoryP
