I agree. They say to contact them but they don’t do anything. Waste of time. I had a driver deliver my food to the wrong house they didn’t care at all

Very true. They do not even bother about customer satisfaction the charges for which I am disputing for is the mistake of driver who did not updated payment from their side. It is still showing due to this is due to lack of negligence of him. The ride was taken on 22/01/2018.

@Uber_Support This is my THIRD attempt to get paid for TWO promotions I completed. The promotions were identical: complete 10 Uber Eats deliveries, all beginning in Chattanooga, for $50. One was June 28-July 4. The other was June 14-20. I completed MORE than 10 trips both weeks

Agreed! Every time I order Uber eats the orders wrong or cold or something happens. That’s definitely my last time ordering from them. Lesson learned. At least I got my money back :)

I will never use them again. Ever! The driver never arrived and they claim he did. What I am I crazy that I pay for food and then don't open the door? Come on! Driver made a mistake and they are keeping my money!!

@Uber_Support @UberEats please don’t order using Uber eats. I placed an order and it was delivered to another house. It took me 4 hours to contact someone via email to get a resolution. The representatives were rude and only did what they thought was fair.
