The price for charging an electric car at Circle K in Norway is now $9 per kwh. Meaning that it would cast $90 to fully charge a Tesla. This is MORE EXPENSIVE than filling up a gasoline car. So what is the point of having an electric car???

CORRECTION: I see that I mistakenly wrote the price was $9 per kwh. It is of course $0.9 per kwh which means it costs $90 to fully charge a Tesla.

It is now more expensive to charge electric cars than to fill up gasoline cars in terms of cost per mile driven. You need to keep in mind that EVs have really short range, meaning you spend a lot of money charging but you don't get the same range as a gasoline car.

In fact, it is even more expensive than $90 Because with electric vehicles you loose about 15% of the electricity from the charger to the car battery. So add another $10-15 on top of that price to get a full charge.

"So what is the point of having an electric car???" Answer: Enslavement. Electricity cannot be stored, liquid and gaseous fuels can.
