Update. I received confirmation today that my concerns were valid & everything I predicted could happen, did happen. I used my knowledge of @JMoncktonSmith 8 stage homicide timeline to do this. I knew I was right to speak out. Always trust your instinct & never doubt your own…
I was told today that it was not my ‘remit’ to raise a safeguarding concern for a female at high risk of serious if not fatal harm.
