Oh I’m seeing fire! It’s your customer service going up in flames. Yesterday I was assured by #AmazonHelp that the major issues ive been having with my returns would be fixed. 24hrs later I’m right back at sq 1. Y’all are the literal worst.

@Amazon@AmazonHelp I just spent 5 days in automated hell. Between you and @UPS, I still don't know where my package is or if it ever left the warehouse. When I inquire, neither system knows and both systems blame the other. How's that for customer service?
