The biggest disappointment. After waiting two weeks for my order @UPS managed to deliver with ease, @PitneyBowes is forcing me (on the same order) to collect from a pick up point AGAIN even though I paid for home delivery.

We are very sorry about the experience you had here. What exactly were you told by the colleagues? And what platform did you place the order? Amazon de, com, co/uk or another one? And was the product shipped directly by us or a seller? -Tina

I didn't even know about this until yesterday after receiving an item that was faulty. Completed the online form, downloaded the QR and it was back with the return outlet within the hour. Confirmed a short time later by Amazon and informed the refund is on its way. 馃憤

Amazon agents are crap! They constantly lie. Was told I can get a refund or replacement for not getting my item but now an email says they don鈥檛 do refunds or replacement ? What a load of crap.

Amazon is slipping from what it used to be. Returns keep getting harder taking longer and long to get orders says one day always comes 3-5 days later.

No,returns still cost you!Amazon is claiming per UPS, it's on the way. UPS tracking shows they've lost it and says to start a claim. Amazon return labels make them the shipper & receiver so only they can file the claim. Amazon is refusing to credit me the item UPS lost! Scammers!
