Amazon holding my $ for 30 days after an order was deemed undeliverable by driver(I never saw it)!? 20 days and they said it hasn’t been returned yet!

This is quite upsetting when Amazon says the product has been delivered after 11 days, which is incorrect, then they say allow us another three days, and then they send an email saying we will refund you. Amazon may are trying to sell something they don't have.

1) WHAT is going on with your Everett, WA delivery people! I ordered on 11th with same day delivery. It never arrived. Today, I am notified a refund was issued. I immediately went and ordered this item again, again it offered SAME DAY DELIVERY and now again, dejavu!
