Your api didn't update for like 3 month since the takeover, you suspended legit 3rd party app and NOW we wont be able to use it for free?? Even Facebook and youtube api are free and they are updated

Legit bots on twitter are actually useful, just take @SongFinderBot or @DowloaderBot for example, they create actual new features made by people that didn't had too. But now you just want to stop them just to gain small profit. They wont pay the API, they will just stop working.
