I don’t understand this logic. What’s the point of telling @SouthWestWater that they are dumping sewage when it’s them deliberately doing the dumping? Can SWW explain this? The urgency is to stop all CSOs & stop the pretence at caring.
With regards to EDMs that are under maintenance, we aim to get these back up and running ASAP so that we can report on CSO activity. Customers can get in contact with us or the Environment Agency if they witness a pollution so that we can investigate with utmost urgency. - Luke
