.@42_adelaide is doing amazing work for their students in learning the STEM skills needed for future jobs. Their learning model is inclusive and supportive - the results speak for themselves. Thanks for showing Deputy Premier Susan Close and I around.

Fantastic to have the opportunity to address the Australian Army, Defence leaders and industry at the Army Futures Forum today.
South Australia is the heartbeat of our national defence industry, central to our nation’s security and sovereignty.
The Small & Family Biz Minister @michaels_andrea joined me on a walk down Hutt St, visiting local small biz & listening to their ideas on how to rejuvenate this iconic Main St.
The Govt is investing $3m in Hutt St because a vibrant Main St is a stronger, more connected community.
It’s been a ruff week for PD Rusty and handler Ben. Attacked by a violent offender, Ben was injured and Rusty’s life saved by his stab proof vest. Rolled out by our Govt in 2017 to dogs. I checked in with Rusty and Ben today. But there’s no paws in their service to our community.
Police Dog Rusty has had a tough couple of days.
He narrowly escaped serious injury, protecting his handler who was stabbed with a screw driver, thanks to his stab proof vest.
We introduced these stab-proof vests for our dogs back in 2017.
I sat there and watched one of the staff members read to the young kids and show them the pictures of things that were in their own environment, that they knew and were culturally significant to them, it was a really special connection:
We’re taking a big step forward for earlier Sunday trading.
The reforms will allow South Australians to shop from 9am on Sundays, instead of waiting until 11am.
It strikes the right balance for workers, local small businesses and shoppers.
The drafted legislation will now begin formal consultation to allow trading on Sundays from 9am, instead of 11am.
The Shop Trading Hours (Extension of Hours) Amendment Bill 2022 would also lock in trading on Boxing Day across Adelaide.
Delighted to host members of the US House Armed Services Committee @DonaldNorcross & @RobWittman
We discussed our shared #AUKUS priorities and the opportunities that will flow from working together to deliver future submarines.
Our State enjoys a strong relationship with India. And when it comes to trade, India is South Australia's third largest goods export market and its ninth-largest source of imports. Always a pleasure to address @AIBC_National - thank you for having me tonight.
Behind these masks are some very courageous individuals. They are Ukrainian refugees who have fled war in their homeland to find a safe place here in Adelaide. @tafesa is providing foundation English lessons to help their english skills grow 🇺🇦 Great to meet them with @LucyHood
Around two dozen Ukrainian refugees who have resettled in South Australia are immersing themselves in the English language thanks to free classes run through @tafesa. 7NEWS Adelaide at 6pm | 7NEWS.com.au#7NEWS
