Day 7 of #meditation: Crossed 40 mins today (+6 mins vs Day 6) Battled too many thoughts during meditation, possibly due to unnecessary over exposure to outside world throughout the day (was too much active on social media). (1/2)

Day 6 of meditation: Clocked 34 mins today (-1 mins vs Day 5) It's getting seamless to meditate with each passing day. I'm still battling random related and unrelated thoughts but i have building my control slowly and steadily (1/2).

Day 5 of meditation: Was about to surpass 35 mins today (+5 mins vs Day 4) My concentration is getting better. Although I can still fee chatters of regrets of past and fears of future in my thoughts, it's getting easier to bring my mind back to present moment. (1/2)

Day 4 of meditation: Clocked 30 mins today (+5 mins vs Day 3) Although my mind still wanders from one thing to another, sometimes even to surprisingly random stuff but it is becoming easier to concentrate with each passing day.

Day 3 of Meditation: (Skipped 2 days in between) Didn't get time throughout the day, yet forced me myself to just sit for meditation pose. Ended up meditating for 25 mins (+5 mins vs Day 2) Although it was really tough to focus as there are many things running in my life.(1/2)
