Has any government ever proposed a high school course on workersβ rights, labour laws, and how unions work? If not, why not? π€
Edu on unions: union is in strike position after all avenues of negotiation are exhausted. Even then, Uβs try to reach a deal through arbitration. Ed workers may also be locked out: the board thinks that they can strike a better deal. Ed workers donβt threaten but vote to strike.

2. Our collective agreement doesnβt expire until Aug 31. In June, unions were still trying to the gov to even come to the table to begin bargaining.
