Opp bank theft: Every time you transact on their app they chop you a total of 1380 UGX. After like 6hrs of waiting they reverse your money but they never return the charge of 1380! If they do this to 10,000 in a day! They make a profit of 13,800,000 @Opportunity_UG @BOU_Official
