Starting #MuseumWeek & #innovationMW with the Mammoth Cheese made in 1866 @TownIngersoll to promote cheesemaking in @OxfordCounty to the British. This 1st successful mammoth #cheese weighed 7300 lbs -as much as 10 cows! End result Ingersoll became cradle of Cdn Cheese industry
