Oh yea same thing happened to me. Despite the many phone calls and promises made, they didn’t keep their word. Luckily I have it on email as proof and then they threatened to delete my account

Hello sir its been 20 days now my Amazon account got temporary locked for unusual activity, i called customer care so mamy times did complaint also every time i called them they said, within 48h problem will be fixed but still i did not receive any response, what should i do?
