Case registered u/s 366, 376, 506 r/w 34 of IPC & sec 5 r/w 6 of POCSO Act against Shaik Shamsheer and 2 others.
"In our oral complaint, we said that Shashmir Basha kidnapped our girl but police who recorded it on paper didn't mention it anywhere": Girl's Parents informed to LRPF.
We accessed FIR in which suspect's name is not mentioned.
Urged @NCPCR_ for stringent action in this matter
